Choose your preparation track
You do not need to buy every comparison wine. Choose the track that matches your time, budget, and interest.
- Sample A: Chablis, Bourgogne Tonnerre, Tasmania, Adelaide Hills, Sonoma Coast, or Santa Barbara County—verify a lean, minimally oaked producer style.
- Sample B: Napa Valley, Lodi, Paso Robles, warmer Sonoma County, Riverina, or South Eastern Australia—verify broader style and oak treatment.
- Serve equal small pours at similar temperatures. Region is a shopping clue, not proof of style.
- Use the visual structure profiles and complete the evidence exercise without wine.

Taste responsibly: small pours, water, food, and spit cups are sensible equipment. Never build transport plans after the bottles are open.
